Join us for a dynamic, two-hour interactive session to explore and embody the Anam & Co. mission. Together, we’ll discover how to transform hospitality into an art—creating meaningful, soul-rooted experiences that truly resonate. Through intentional service, attentive care, and a spirit of collaboration, we will deepen our impact on both the guest experience and the lives of our service professionals. Every occasion that comes through our doors becomes a lasting memory, defined by elegance, warmth, and authenticity.
Together, we examine communication from the back of house to the front of house, between staff and the owner, to determine how to elevate the customer's experience.

Tiers of Service
Choose how many hours of service you need.
Tips are NOT a substitute for payment. Tips are a gesture of guest appreciation and are never to be considered a form of compensation for reserving an Anam & Co. Lead.
T1. Grounded Support
Duration: 3–4 hours
Overview: A polished and reliable presence providing foundational hospitality support.
Includes:
• Guest interaction and basic service duties
• Light operational assistance (drink running, resetting, clearing)
• Punctual arrival and composed professionalism
• No prep, side work, or closing responsibilities
Ideal for: short coverage periods, supplemental staff needs, or brief private gatherings.
T2. Enhanced Performance Support
Duration: Up to 7 hours
Overview: Comprehensive mid-level engagement designed to sustain consistent service flow throughout an event or shift.
Includes:
• Active participation in service, setup, and light closing duties
• Side work (cutting fruit, stocking, retrieving supplies)
• Coordination with staff, management, or vendors
• Strong communication, intuition, and guest rapport
Ideal for: full-shift coverage, weddings, or moderate-to-high-volume service environments.
T3. Geniune Hospitality Leadership
Duration: Up to 10 hours / Full-Day Engagement
Overview: Executive-level service embodying Anam & Co.’s highest professional standard.
Includes:
• Full participation in opening, running, and closing procedures
• Guest management and atmosphere leadership
• Coordination with management, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless flow
• Maintenance of calm, presence, and precision under high-pressure conditions
Ideal for: weddings, corporate functions, luxury events, or any occasion requiring full-day leadership and composure.
